Items purchased from ANIKNY are eligible for a full refund or exchange if returned within 30 days of purchase. During the holiday season (Nov 1st - Dec 25th), we will accept your return after 30 days so long as it is received by January 10th.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. For exchanges or store credit, we accept items received up to 60 days after purchase. A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Shipping charges on expedited orders are not reimbursed. For international customers, if your purchase is delayed in customs, contact customer service for approval for a late return.
We are unable to include a pre-paid shipping label for some oversized merchandise or for items shipped outside of the continental U.S. If your order arrived without a pre-paid label, please follow the directions below.
1. Complete the return and exchange form on your packing list & place it in your securely sealed shipping container.

3. Ship your package using a trackable and insured shipping method.
4. We'll email you once your return or exchange is processed. Please allow 2 – 3 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange for it to be processed.
We're sorry, but we cannot accept COD returns.
Credit Card Refunds
A credit will post to your credit card account approximately two business days after the date we process your return, however, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly billing statement.
